Meet Wendy:

Wendy is the founding minister of The Unity Center in San Diego, a progressive spiritual community emphasizing living consciously and making a positive difference in the world. As CEO of the church, over its many years Wendy has expanded its operations adding four revenue streams: a fair trade boutique, a cafe, a rural retreat center/camping venue and a preschool. Wendy is an author, speaker, served 20 years in leadership with the Association For Global New Thought and in 1999, 2002 and 2004 co-hosted the Synthesis Dialogues convened by his Holiness the Dalai Lama. It was Wendy’s foundational programs toward racial equity that have led to the founding of RacEquity360. Wendy loves to cook, ski and travel with her husband John and her two grown children, Jennifer and Johnathon.
